Well, they say the first step is the hardest... and boy is that true. Does it count as a first step if I am emptying the junk out of my fridge/freezer by eating it? Probably not.... but oh well, I will get through this part and actually hit some weight loss attempting soon enough, when I'm ready. Then I get to go through all the recipes and decide what to make LOL that's the actual fun part, choosing food. Making it..... well that is sometimes fun and other times not so much LOL!
